Privacy Notice
Luckmeeys is operated by Guangzhou Xingyun Mianhua E-Commerce Co., Ltd.. This notice covers the personal data we handle when you shop at luckmeeys.com.
Data you give us
At checkout you enter your name, email, phone number and delivery address. When you write to us, we receive your name, email, the topic you pick, any order number and your message.
Data your browser keeps
Your bag is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. We also use cookies needed for the store to work, such as remembering your region and session.
Why we use it
We use your details to confirm prices, create the payment, pack and ship your order, handle returns and answer questions. We never sell personal data, and we only send marketing emails when you sign up for them.
Payment information
Payment is completed on PayPal. You enter card or wallet details on PayPal’s own pages, so card numbers and security codes never reach our server. We keep the order amount, currency, PayPal transaction ID and payment status to confirm your purchase.
Who else sees it
Your address and phone number go to the carrier delivering your parcel. PayPal receives the order total and item list to process payment. We do not hand your data to advertisers as a condition of shopping here.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for delivery, returns, accounting and payment disputes. Support messages are kept while a conversation may need follow-up.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data by choosing “Privacy & data” on the contact form. We may ask you to confirm the email used on the order first.
Keeping it safe
All pages, including checkout and the contact form, load over HTTPS. Please never send card numbers by email or through the contact form.
Age
Our products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
