Shipping & Delivery

Every Luckmeeys order ships to an address in the United States. Here is what to expect between checkout and your mailbox.

1. Delivery area

We deliver to street addresses across the United States. The Country field at checkout is fixed to United States, so orders for other countries cannot be placed.

2. What shipping costs

Spend $60.00 or more on merchandise and standard delivery is on us. Smaller orders pay one flat fee of $5.99, shown in the order summary before you continue to PayPal. Sales tax, where it applies, depends on the delivery state.

3. How long it takes

Most parcels reach customers 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Holiday volume, severe weather and rural routes can add a few days.

4. Packing your order

We start packing once PayPal confirms the payment. Each parcel goes out with a tracked service, and we share the tracking number as soon as it is available.

5. Checking your address

Please review the recipient name, street, apartment number, city, state, ZIP code and phone number before paying. Write to us quickly if something is wrong; we can edit an address only while the order is still waiting to be packed. Parcels sent to an address typed incorrectly at checkout are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Missing or damaged parcels

Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived? Look around the porch, mailroom and with neighbors, then message us with your order number. For a torn or crushed package, keep the packaging and send clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Returned to sender

If a parcel comes back to us as undeliverable, we will email you. Confirm a corrected address and we will resend it, or we will refund the items. The $5.99 shipping fee is only kept when it was charged on the original order.
